Preparations. Baby sock (size 9-12cm, for 6mths) Felt sheet (20cm sqr.)(8"sqr.) Velcro (2.5cm~2cm)(1"~0.8") Cord (18cm)(7.2") Sewing thread, Marking pins, Scissors. |

Print a pattern from my HP on A4 paper (letter size paper). Cut along the cutting lines. |
 |
Lay the pattern paper on the felt, align a felt edge with a pattern edge and pin together. Draw the cutting lines on a felt sheet. Don't forget to draw the matchmarks (center-front, tape, looped cord). Cut along the cutting lines. |

Cut a part 2.5cm~10cm (1"~4") from a rest of the felt. |

Two felt parts for a inner pouch. |

Tie a cord tightly. |

Fold a felt part 3cm (1.2"). Lay a Velcro (hook side) on the part. Sew together. |

Fold a inner pouch felt part in two, pin together. Sew together on the side line with 6mm seam (0.24"). |

Pin together on the bottom lines. Sew together with 6mm seam (0.24"). |
 |
Next, give the pouch some depth by boxing corners. Fold a rectangle in half and pin together. ©Sewing lines are blue arrows. Sew together with 6mm seam (0.24"). |

Align the matchmarks, pin a felt part and a looped cord on outside of the
inner pouch. |
 |
Insert a inner pouch into a sock. |
 |
Pin together at several points. Sew together around the opening with 8mm seam (0.32") from the inside. |
 |
Pin a soft side of velcro on the center-front edge of a sock. Sew the velcro on a sock. |
 |
Finish!! |

Turn inside out, sew the line spacing 13cm (5.2") from opening and cut it with 1cm (0.4") seam. |

Turn right side out, Insert a inner pouch into the sock, make it in the same way, |
