4．Turn over a front portion pattern and place them symmetrically.and tape it.

16．Gather the back portion fabric and pin it.

17．Pin the elastic on the other end of the front portion with 1cm seam allowance.
Sew together.

13．Sew the elastic on the end of the front portion with 1cm seam allowance.

About Size　

8．Lay two front portion together right side facing and pin together.
Sew a long side with 1cm seam allowance and the other long side with 1cm seam allowance leaving an opening about 5cm in the middle of it.

1．A used 100% polyester blouse.

11．Sew a whip stitch to close the opening.

5．Cut two pieces for the front portion with 1cm seam allowances at long side and one piece for the back portion without seam allowance.

How to measure your head.

Take a measuring tape and measure the part of the head where the headband
will be worn. Start at the top of the head, bring the tape measure behind the ears, around the base of the head, and come back up to the top.

My headband size is 2cm (0.8") shorter than my head size.
In this page, headband size is 54cm(21.6"). (My head size is 56cm.)
Please change the size to fit your head.

1cm = 0.4"

15．Cover the elastic and sew together.

18．Cover the elastic with the back portion and sew together.

6．Fold the back portion in half along it's long axis right side facing.
Sew it with 1cm seam allowance, back stitch at the start and the end of a seam.

3．Cut them out.
