Remake idea for old wool sweaters

Preparation
◎ Felted sweater(photo1)
◎ 2 Felt sheets (commercially available)
(6cm×20cm、3cm×10cm)(photo 2)
◎ Cotton embroidery floss (photo 2)
◎ Round hole punch (8mm across) (photo 3)  ◎  Stiletto (photo 4) 
◎ Rubber mounting surface
◎ Scissors, Sewing machine, Thread, Dress pin

11.And then, attach the circles on these cuffs.

6. Lay two fabrics together right side in.Pin at the seam allowances.
Sew the seam using an over-lock stitch or a narrow zig-zag width and length or a straight stitch with an elastic thread.

If it's difficult to sew knit fabric, use a stiletto to keep knit fabric from stretching and sliding while you're sewing. (Please watch my video!)


For your safety, you should remove pins just before stitching reaches them.

10.Do a blanket stitch appliqué with 3 Stands of embroidery floss at all edges of the felt portions.
